Vipassana, which means seeing things as they really are, is one of the oldest meditation techniques of India.
Although it was lost to humanity for a long time, it was rediscovered by Gautama Buddha about 2,500 years ago and taught as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art of Living.
The entire path (Dhamma) has absolutely no connection with any form of organized religion, sect, ritual, or dogma. For this reason, it can be practiced freely by anyone, anywhere, at any time, without conflicting with any race or religion, and can therefore prove equally beneficial to all.
